BENEFITS OF A PERSONAL TRAINER:

Our staff will help you define your fitness goals, take into account your current fitness level and discuss what you want to achieve through your workouts. Here are other additional benefits:

  • Personalized Workout: everyone is different and to think that a workout everyone is doing is exactly right for you will not take you far in achieving your fitness goals.
  • Instruction: a professional trainer will help teach you correct form for a variety of movements as well as often demonstrating before and correcting any issues with posture or technique.
  • Motivation: motivation is difficult to maintain when exercising alone. Regular sessions with our trainers will enhance your motivation to continue with the workout regimen.
  • Accountability: a major problem for many new exercisers and even those with years of experience is accountability. It is easier to skip a session here and there or fall off the wagon entirely without someone to hold you accountable.
  • Variety: an experienced trainer will provide a variety of exercise methods which keep you from getting bored. Also, is a specific exercise does not work for you the trainer can modify it to one that suits you better.
  • Efficiency: your time is important, we know that, our training staff will increase the efficiency of your exercise program which is especially beneficial when you have a limited amount of time to exercise.

HOW TO GET SET UP WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER:

First, take a look at our rates and session offerings below. How much time do you want to spend per session? How many days per week? If you have a deadline or goal in mind to meet how many sessions should you purchase? These are all questions to have in mind when purchasing training sessions. If you are able to answer them, we can better accommodate you. Stop by the Front Desk or contact the Health and Wellness Director, Trista Jacobs with any questions.

Our personal trainers will then schedule a time to meet one-on-one with you for a FREE consultation to discuss your health and wellness history, perform a fitness assessment, and determine what plan best suites you. This will allow for a positive experience and to help create a comfortable and safe program regardless of your age and ability.
